Drivers in Strathmore are very upset over new requirements that were outlined in end in depending bylaw change. The towns Taxi bylaw will go into effect on February 23rd and taxi drivers must meet the following requirements:  taxi drivers must have a criminal record check, they must obtain basic first aid certificate, and taxis must pass a vehicle inspection.
