Home Pros Group requires that all customers pay when the work has been completed. If you are not happy with the job performed we will send a supervisor to your property to go over any concerns that you have and arrange for them to be corrected fully.
If for whatever reason, you have to cancel your service after pre-paying in advance, we’ll happily refund the unused credits you have remaining.
We will have a cheque for that appropriate amount in the mail for you within five working days of receiving your cancellation.
