Ingredients

  1. 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Sugar (optional)
  5. BBQ sauce or canola oil.
  6. Large Bowl
  7. Grill or BBQ

Prep

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts
with a mallet, rolling pin, or skillet.
  2. Mix up 5 tablespoons of table salt
and 5 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
a large bowl of cold water.
  3. Place the chicken in the brine
    solution for half an hour.
  4. Preheat your grill on medium.

Directions

  1. Remove your chicken from the brine solution and pat dry with paper towel
  2. Season to taste with salt & pepper
  3. Coat the chicken with either BBQ sauce or canola oil. This will prevent the chicken from burning
  4. Reduce grill to low on one side
  5. Place chicken on ‘medium’ side and grill until well browned on one side – 3-5 minutes.
  6. Flip and continue grilling on the other side. If some are browning too fast, place on the low side of the grill.
  7. Remove from grill, let rest 5 minutes, and serve.
