What the park’s ducts actually carry
Warehouse and logistics floors load their HVAC with door-traffic dust — every truck bay cycle pulls the yard inside. Manufacturing adds process fines that escape collection at the source and settle in supply runs. And every building’s make-up air system inhales the park itself: gravel haul roads, yard traffic, prairie wind. The runs above your racking carry all of it, and re-loft a little every time the units cycle.
The office block breathes the shop
Acheson’s front offices share walls, doors and often ductwork with the floor behind them. When admin staff complain about dust on desks by Wednesday, the answer usually lives in the shared airstream — cleaning the office side without the shop side just schedules the same complaint for next quarter. Why proximity matters for duct work specifically
Duct cleaning in an operating facility is scheduling work as much as cleaning work: shutdown windows, lift access, tenant coordination. Being fifteen minutes out means we make tight windows reliably — and when a follow-up section needs attention, it’s a stop on tomorrow’s route, not a line in next month’s calendar.
