Sherwood Park’s commercial map runs in two bands: the Baseline-and-Wye retail-and-office spine that serves seventy thousand residents, and the light-industrial parks that serve the Heartland behind them. Both load their HVAC — differently.

Strip retail, clinics and offices along Baseline Road and Wye Road cycle their doors all day, pulling parking-lot dust and seasonal grit into systems that then run sealed all night. Add the hamlet’s ambient particulate — measurably heavier toward the Heartland side — and corridor RTUs load on a schedule their maintenance contracts rarely anticipate.
The industrial parks work Heartland hours
The shops and yards off Broadmoor and the north parks support the corridor’s heavy industry with fabrication, service and logistics — buildings whose airstreams carry real process load and whose schedules answer to turnaround calendars. They get the same treatment our Nisku and Acheson crews run in the bigger parks: window-locked, contained, documented.
