Reading our reviews back, the same points keep surfacing. They’re worth naming because they’re what we actually try to do.
Good or bad — it’s how local businesses get found and get better.
We don’t buy reviews, we don’t incentivise them, and we don’t ask people to take one down. Everything above is a real Google review from a real customer, and the link goes to the unfiltered set — including anything less flattering, because we can’t remove those either.
For a local trade, reviews are most of how new customers decide. We don’t advertise much. If you’ve had us out and it went well, a couple of sentences on Google genuinely moves the needle for us — and it’s the only marketing we ask anyone for.
