One trade, done properly: cleaning the systems that move air through your home or building. Every service below has its price beside it, and every furnace price already includes all of its connected ducting.
Flat-rate, published, no per-vent counting.
The blower compartment, coil area and return drops — plus every duct run and diffuser connected to that furnace. Furnace and duct cleaning are one job, so we never quote them separately.
See what’s included →Source removal under negative pressure — the system goes under suction before anything is agitated, so debris leaves the house instead of being pushed around it.
See the process →The full run from the appliance to the exterior hood. $225 if a bird nest has to be cleared — a routine spring finding around here. Roof-exhausting vents are quoted.
Why it matters →The A/C coil sits directly in the airflow path you just cleaned, so it’s worth doing together. Zoned dampers add real work and carry a real price rather than hiding in the base rate.
See details →Core, filters, intake and exhaust ducting. Only alongside a furnace and duct cleaning — we don’t sell it as a stand-alone visit, and the page explains why.
Read the reasoning →Measurement and reporting — what’s actually in your air, what’s causing it, and what would change it. Includes our Alberta radon risk tool.
Explore IAQ →Tell us how many furnaces you have and we’ll quote it on the call.
Quoted per site after a visit, because buildings aren’t comparable the way houses are.
Offices, apartment and condo buildings, institutions, construction trailers and industrial sites. After-hours and weekend scheduling, photos and written findings for the building file.
Commercial services →Multi-unit laundry rooms, care homes, institutions and laundromats. Shared risers and booster fans included — the parts everyone else misses.
See the detail →Shop and plant extraction systems — trunks, branch drops, blast gates, cyclones and baghouses. The ducting is the part nobody inspects, and it’s where capture velocity goes to die.
Industrial systems →Pre-possession HVAC cleaning. The furnace ran through drywall sanding on a builder’s filter — we clear that before handover, on your possession schedule.
Builder programme →Video duct inspection from $200 — camera inspection of ductwork or dryer vent systems with a written record. Useful before committing to a large commercial job, or when you need evidence of condition for a building file. Ask when you get in touch.
Worth stating plainly, because it explains how we price.
We clean. We don’t repair, install or replace equipment, and we don’t sell sanitiser, fogging, ozone treatments or “deep clean” upgrades. There is one standard of clean and it’s the one you booked.
That has a useful consequence: because we don’t sell equipment or repairs, we have no financial reason to find a problem in your system. If our technician tells you something needs attention, there’s nothing in it for us — you’ll be calling an HVAC contractor, not us.
We also stopped offering gutter cleaning, so you won’t find it here. And we won’t clean an HRV on its own or quote a commercial building over the phone. Both of those are on their pages with the reasoning attached.
Same flat rate everywhere — no travel surcharge in our service area.
