Here is what happens in a new build that nobody mentions at the walkthrough. The furnace is commissioned well before the house is finished. The result is counterintuitive but consistent: a six-year-old home in Copperhaven, Greenbury, Harvest Ridge or Hawthorne that has never been cleaned often gives up more material than a thirty-year-old home in an established neighbourhood. If your subdivision still has lots being built on it, add ongoing site dust that blows in every time a door opens.
