We publish all our prices, and the only reason a quote ever changes is that something wasn’t mentioned up front. Thirty seconds of preparation and the number you’re given on the phone is the number on the invoice.
How many furnaces. Most homes have one. Larger and newer homes sometimes have two, and older properties occasionally have a second for an addition or a suite.
Whether you have central A/C. That’s the difference between $345 and $405, and the coil sits directly in the airflow path so it’s worth doing together.
Whether you have zones or an HRV. Zoned dampers are +$60 each. An HRV is +$150 and is add-on only. Both are common in newer builds and on acreages.
Whether your dryer vents out the side or the roof. Side-of-house is $60 as an add-on. Roof-exhausting vents have to be quoted because access varies too much for one honest number.
