Devon is a small, well-planned town on the North Saskatchewan River, about 25 minutes southwest of Edmonton. Built in 1947 to serve the historic Leduc No. 1 oil discovery, it pairs established mid-century homes with newer river-valley builds — a mix of furnace and duct systems that all benefit from regular cleaning.
The same trucks serve Leduc across the river flats, Parkland County to the north, and Edmonton — Devon is a scheduled stop, not a special trip.

Devon was purpose-built in 1947 for the Leduc No. 1 discovery, which makes the original townsite a rare thing: an entire neighbourhood of same-vintage heating systems. Many have never been professionally cleaned — first cleans here give up decades in a single visit.
The North Saskatchewan valley wraps the town in poplar and cottonwood, and every June the fluff finds return grilles as reliably as it finds open windows. South Ravines and Highwood — the newer streets on the valley edge — add construction debris to the same mix.
