Homes east toward YEG and Nisku live with more truck traffic, more open ground and a different dust profile than the town centre does. Southfork and Meadowview add construction debris on top — whole streets there are still building out.
Leduc's QEII commuters largely live in newer, tightly sealed, HRV-equipped houses. A tight envelope holds onto whatever the ducts are carrying — so what's in the system matters more here than it ever did in a drafty 1970s bungalow.
