Not “starting from.” Not “call for a quote.” This is the whole list. If you tell us what you have on the phone, the number you’re quoted is the number on the invoice — and there is no travel charge anywhere in our service area.

You will find duct cleaning advertised in this city for under $100. It is worth understanding exactly how that works, because it is not a mistake and it is not a loss leader — it is the business model.
A low headline price covers a set number of vents — often six or eight. Your house does not have six vents. It has twenty-odd, plus returns. The rest are counted on the day, at a per-vent rate that was not on the flyer, by a technician who is already in your basement with the equipment set up.
From there it grows. The main trunk is extra. The returns are extra. Sanitiser is extra. A “deep clean” upgrade is offered because what you booked turns out to be the basic one. The $99 job becomes $600 or $800, and the awkward truth is that most people pay it, because the alternative is sending someone away mid-job.
We price the system, not the vent count. $345 + GST covers a single furnace and every duct run and diffuser attached to it, whether that is twelve vents or thirty. Your house has the number of vents it has. That is not information we should be charging you for discovering.
The things that genuinely change the work — a second furnace, zoned dampers, an HRV, a roof-exhausting dryer vent, a bird nest — are all on the list above with a number beside them. We ask about them on the phone. That is the entire reason the quote and the invoice match.
Ask whoever you are considering three questions: Does that price include all my vents and returns? Does it include the main trunk? What is the price if you find something? If the answers are vague, you already know what will happen on the day.
We don’t sell sanitiser, fogging, ozone treatments or “deep clean” upgrades. We don’t repair or install equipment, so we have no incentive to find you a problem. If your system genuinely needs something we don’t do, we’ll tell you and you can call an HVAC contractor.
We also won’t clean an HRV on its own, or quote a commercial building over the phone. Both are explained on their pages. We would rather turn work down than price it dishonestly.
