Homes along the city’s west side log a different line: gravel-road dust drifting off Parkland County on dry summer wind, plus — in the acreage-adjacent builds — HRV systems working well-water humidity hard enough to earn their own core wash. The city’s edge reads like the county’s start, because it is.
